In this video, we will explore five different ways you can add leads and contacts to your Salesforce campaigns. Depending on your scenario, some ways are definitely more efficient than others. If you want to add existing leads and contacts to campaigns, Salesforce reports are a great way to add people in mass. If you have a list of people that need to be cross referenced with the existing data first, then you will need a different method to identify existing records, so you do not create duplicates. 5 Ways to Add People to Campaigns: • Lead or Contact Record Page - add one person at a time • List View - Add 200 people at a time, can select which people you want • Report - everyone in the report will be added to the campaign, cannot select which people you want. Add up to 50,000 records • Data Import Wizard - Add up to 50,000 records; update leads or contacts in the same step.
