Dream Come True: The Home They Always Wanted

Emily here! We are so excited to finally share this labor of love with you all. This has truly been the most incredible project we’ve taken on to date. So much time went into planning, dreaming, prepping, executing, and just working really hard to make this home everything our amazing clients envisioned. At the very beginning of this process, I knew I wanted Ryan Feister, owner of Feister Films (who captures all of our Instagram photography and our short before-and-after reveal films), to document this project in a longer, behind-the-scenes video. We wanted to pull back the curtain and show how we work, what our projects really look like, what it’s like having us in your home for months and yes, even some of the funny bumps along the way. And when I say this was a full home remodel… I mean it! We completely re-did everything on the main floor and even added square footage. The kitchen, laundry room, hallway, hall bath, and primary bath were fully gutted. We framed in a new fireplace and a brand-new butler’s pantry leading to the garage and redesigned that entire area. We also renovated the living room, family room, foyer, dining room, hallway, staircase, primary bedroom, and two guest bedrooms. All flooring was replaced and the existing wood floors were refinished throughout. On the exterior, we elevated the curb appeal with a custom 9’ wood double front door, a brand-new roof, new shutters, and more. This was a massive project, no exaggeration! Of course, there were a few bumps along the way (there always are!), but at the end of the day, the homeowners were beyond happy… and that’s what matters most to me. I also want to take a moment to thank our incredible team: Kenny, Stephanie, Tom (Dad), and Treavor. I truly could not have done this without you. We poured blood, sweat, and tears into this one. And to our amazing subcontractors, the trusted partners we’ve worked with for years, thank you for helping pull this off so seamlessly. Finally, a huge shoutout to Ryan at Feister Films. He created this masterpiece of a video, and we are so grateful. He absolutely brought this story to life!
