Comprehensible Input (CI) is a teaching method that helps you learn a language naturally by understanding and enjoying the content you are listening to or reading. It focuses on making sure the language you hear or see is just a little bit above your current level, so you can understand most of it while learning new words and grammar. How This Lesson Uses CI The Boy Who Cried Wolf is a story about a young boy who takes care of sheep. One day, he feels bored and lies to the people in his village. He shouts, "Wolf! Wolf!" The villagers run to help him, but there is no wolf. The boy does this again, and the people believe him. But when a real wolf comes, and the boy asks for help, no one believes him. The wolf eats the sheep, and the boy learns that lying is wrong. What to Do Find a Quiet Place: Make sure you are in a comfortable and quiet place where you can listen without distractions.
