Here we have our second part of our tutorial. Part 2: In this tutorial, we are going to learn following thing: Content in order according to video: 1.Brief introduction to geoprocessing tools 2. Detail application of Geoprocessing tools (Buffer, clip, intersect, Merge, Union) 3. Download Nepal local level data from Department of Survey 4. Download country wise gis data of different fields like administrative, river, land use , road etc. 5. Preparing data for sample plot design (research work) 6. Calculating the determing factor to use in the tools to create fishnet (contains documents) 7. Creating no. of sample plot based on area 8. Edit the sample plot according to boundary 9. Clipping the fishnet label and finalizing sample plot design 10. Download topo map of Nepal 11. Download topo map of word prepared by US Central Intelligence agency of different scale. 12. Georeferencing of the toposheet 13. Digitization of toposheet ( river, contour line) 14. Preparing data to generate contour by using Google earth and ArcGIS 15.Creating the path points and saving it in kml file. 16. Conversion of kml file to gpx file calculating elevation 17. Features Conversion 18. Interpolating data 19. Deal with color ramp 20. Creating the contour from above generated dem 21. Finalizing the videos.
