In this Video a 74" MikroBeamer is mounted to the long side of a Baker Style Scaffold and then the Clamp Bars for 15 clamps are mounted on the underside of the MikroBeamer. This will leave free the entire upper side for another 15 Clamps. This is a series of videos documenting the build of a MikroBeamer, a DIY heavy-duty clamping system for fabricating laminated wood beams from multiple boards. The beams made from this device can be used to build Post and Rail, Post and Beam and Timber Frame style woodworking projects such as for the building of beds, bunks and dorm-room lofts. Larger versions are also possible for Post and Beam style small structures such as gazebos, screen rooms, sun rooms, firewood shelters, garden sheds etc. These videos are organized in a tutorial at Instructables.com at my Profile Page at https://www.instructables.com/member/... or in the Let's Build search box at Instructables.com type in "MikroBeamer" This video is part of a series of tutorials about incorporating "knock-down" functionality into woodworking projects using Mike's patented Threaded Tenon Joinery.
