Crispy outside, soft and flavorful inside — these Chicken Resha Kebabs are the perfect tea-time snack, Ramadan special appetizer, or party starter. Ingredients For Chicken Filling: 1–2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp tikka masala 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 chicken fillet For Kebab Mixture: 4–5 boiled and mashed potatoes ½ cup breadcrumbs 1 tbsp cumin powder 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tbsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tbsp green chili paste 1 small onion (finely chopped) Fresh coriander (chopped) For Coating: 1 egg (whisked) Breadcrumbs (for coating) Oil for frying 👩🍳 Instructions Heat 1–2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste, tikka masala, and lemon juice. Mix well. Place the chicken fillet in the pan and cook from both sides for about 10 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and shred the chicken. Set aside. In another bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, green chili paste, chopped onion, and fresh coriander. Add the shredded chicken and mix everything thoroughly. Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a roll (kebab shape). Dip each roll into whisked egg, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs until golden brown and crispy.
