Along the way we stop at Gordonvale, the Curtain Fig Tree, Yungburra, Queensland’s highest road, Ravenshoe, Milla Milla Falls, and finish at the MaMu Skywalk with incredible rainforest views. This epic Queensland motorcycle ride has it all—twisty roads, waterfalls, great food, and unforgettable scenery. The Long Way Down Under – Part 2 | Cairns to Atherton Tablelands Adventure In this second episode of my Long Way Down Under series, I take you along for another unforgettable ride through the stunning landscapes of Queensland, Australia. After a quick coffee stop in Gordonvale, we tackled the legendary 263 bends of the Gillies Range before reaching the lush Atherton Tablelands. Along the way, we explored the Curtain Fig Tree, searched for elusive platypus, and refueled with another coffee in Yungburra. Our journey continued across the highest road in Queensland, with a classic tourist photo stop, before rolling into Ravenshoe for a well-earned steak sandwich lunch. With full bellies, we rode on to the breathtaking Milla Milla Falls—and wished we’d packed our swimmers!
