DANS Racing Cars Trackday - Imola Circuit, February 27-28, 2026 - BMW M4 GT3 EVO, Ligier JSP325, etc

On February 27 and 28, 2026, a track day for racing cars was held at the Imola circuit, organised by the German company DANS, which specialises in these track days. Several teams competing in the WEC and ELMS championships were present, as well as other cars competing in other championships, such as the Ferrari Challenge. It's worth noting that all the cars were equipped with mufflers to comply with the circuit's exhaust limits. This made the intake sound of the Iron Lynx Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVOs very distinct, unlike anything I'd heard before. Of particular interest was the presence of three turbocharged Ligier JS P325 LMP3 cars from the Racing Spirit of Léman team. Other cars include a pair of BMW M4 GT3 EVOs, a Ferrari 296 GT3, two Ferrari 296 Challenges, an Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO 2, and a pair of Lamborghini Huracán Supertrofeo EVOs. Enjoy! 😉 Nelle giornate del 27 e 28 Febbraio 2026 sul circuito di Imola si è svolto un trackday per vetture da corsa organizzato dalla società tedesca DANS, specializzata in queste giornate in pista. Sono presenti alcuni team che partecipano alle gare nel campionato WEC ed ELMS, e anche altre vetture che gareggiano in campionati differenti come il Ferrari Challenge. Da notare che tutte le auto erano dotate di scarico con silenziatori per rispettare il limite imposto dal circuito. Questa cosa ha fatto sì che il suono dell'aspirazione delle Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO del team Iron Lynx si sentisse molto netto, come mai avevo percepito finora. Interessante la presenza di tre vetture Ligier JS P325 di classe LMP3, dotate di motore turbo ed appartenenti al team Racing Spirit of Léman. Tra le altre vetture citiamo anche un paio di BMW M4 GT3 EVO, una Ferrari 296 GT3, due Ferrari 296 Challenge, un'Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO 2 ed un paio di Lamborghini Huracán Supertrofeo EVO.
