I particularly discussed Human Capital Priorities Stream (HCPS) under the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). I decided to talk about this because I noticed the many views I am getting on topics about visitor visa and work opportunities. So, I am thinking of introducing a Permanent Residency program to them. And I picked up the one that is popular and easy to accomplish. The Human Capital Priorities Stream is a popular pathways under PNP in Ontario. It is because you do not need to get a job offer, it just need a good score in work experience, language and education plus the settlement funds. In Ontario, the current needed occupations for HCPS are more on Technology, administration of company, retail management, nurses, to name a few. This stream is attached to the Express Entry program of IRCC. Ontario will just pick up from the express entry pool those profiles who pass the requirement for HCPS. If they pass, OINP will issue the a Notification of Interest. The applicant , then needs to create a profile at the OINP to submit the required document and if he passes this stage, Ontario will issue him a Nomination Certificate.
