A short teaser from parts of the new water ride 'The Big Splash' at Rainbow Springs Kiwi Wildlife Park in Rotorua, New Zealand. I just showed a few small sections from the actual ride as I didn't want to spoil it. It's very well done and you can ride it as many times as you want on your single entry fee. I showed my son the footage of the entire 9 minute ride and he had a smile from ear to ear! Needless to say he want's to ride it asap! From their website they describe the ride as "a 9 minute journey through time as we explore the ecological evolution of New Zealand. State of the art animatronics and projection technology bring to life dinosaurs, Moa, the incredible Haast Eagle, the arrival of humans and so much more." Weta Workshop was involved with the project.
