Chicken Cheese Kabab Roll Recipe Ramadan Iftar Special | इफ्तार में चटपटे कबाब रोल ज़रूर बनाएं #flavoursofmykitchen #kabab #chicken #rolls #recipe #snacks INGREDIENTS:- Main Mixture Potatoes: 4 medium-sized (boiled and finely grated) Chicken: 200g boneless chicken (boiled and shredded) Onion: 1 medium (finely chopped) Capsicum: 1 small (finely chopped) Green Chilies: Finely chopped (to taste) Fresh Herbs: Handful of fresh coriander and mint leaves Malai (Cream): 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice: From half a lemon Seasonings & Pastes Green Masala Paste: Made from mint, coriander, and green chilies Red Chili Flakes: 1 teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder: 1/2 teaspoon Salt: 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Green Chili Sauce: 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves): A pinch Stuffing Cheese Sllices: Cut into pieces (or shredded cheese of your choice) For the Coating (Slurry & Breadcrumbs) Slurry: All-purpose flour (Maida) Cornflour (1 tablespoon) Red Chili Sauce Salt (a pinch) Water (approx. 1/2 cup to make a medium-thick batter) Outer Crust: Breadcrumbs (from 2-3 bread slices) Vermicelli (thin roasted "seviyan" for extra crunch) Cooking Cooking Oil: For shallow frying These ingredients come together to create a snack that is wonderfully crispy on the outside with a melt-in-the-mouth cheesy center!
