If you are not staying in Ubud, Ketut and one of his drivers will come and collect you from your hotel for a small additional fee. My family (2 adults and 2 children, aged 13 and 12), were staying in Kerobokan, and the trip to Ubud took a long while, however we had the wonderful company of Ketut who was so friendly and genuinely interested in knowing more about us and sharing his own experiences around how he came to start up his business. Ketut is very passionate about organic farming and changing perceptions in the wider community around the reliance upon pesticides to produce acceptable looking fruit. Our first stop was at a local market in Ubud. Here we had a look through to see all of the locally grown produce and an explanation of the types of ingredients that we would be cooking with that day.
