No one talks about the in between - when you can see your new self so clearly, but your old self still has its grip on you. And the information that I see teaches us to bypass that part of us; the part of us that’s hurting, that’s asking for our attention. We don’t want to face it, because if we do, then it’ll grow. But maybe it needs to. Maybe it needs to grow. To finally be seen and heard, until it’s ready to let go on its own. This is walking the in between path. Where you become the mediator of your highest and lowest self. No one talks about this part, where we are asked to expand our tolerance for the discomfort.
