Hey SOP Fam! This is a video describing how to make Chicken Cacciatore - slow cook style! I recorded it, edited and posted this all in a matter of three days, it's just that easy! Plus it's just so good! For persons like myself, who have been diagnosed with diabetes, i also prepared cauliflower rice. My goodness, it feels so good to eat a delicious meal like this without the worry of my glucose levels rising had I eaten the noodles. Preparing this meal also provides you a way to prepare food for multiple people with varying dietary wishes or restrictions. My family enjoys this over noodles or rice but they do not prefer cauliflower rice. Everyone was happy! Enjoy! Ingredients 4 drumsticks, or any chicken pieces of your choice 1 can crushed tomatoes 1 can tomato paste 1 tbsp garlic pepper 1 tbsp basil 1 tbsp parsley flakes 1 bell pepper of your choice in color 1 onion 1 package of mushrooms Instructions Clean and then season the chicken with pepper and set aside or let marinate for a few hours. Sear on both sides and place in the slow cooker. Turn on and begin adding the above ingredients. Remove and pour over rice, cauliflower rice or noodles.
