A few weeks ago, a lady contacted me via facebook and was looking for a quote for some gardening work. I informed her that I'm not doing paid work anymore, and we had a chat about what her yard actually looked like. When I discovered that it was a big mess, she was in luck! I suggested that we do a big cleanup, as long as she covered the tipping fees. She was happy with that and explained what she wanted to be done. After a brief conversation with her husband, she agreed and we came to an arrangement - this video is the result. All up, we spent around 6.5 hours on the transformation, including 3 trips to the landfill. Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside? A: I would say it's because Australia had a temperate to tropical climate, and therefore it doesn't matter that much if they are outdoors. To me, though, it seems a bit inefficient to have them outside in Tasmania with a temperate climate (coldish for 3 - 4 months per year). But that is industry standard down here 🤷‍♂️ Q: What types of ladders do you use? A: The large one is a Gorilla Adjustable Platform 150kg and the small one is a Gorilla Mighty 19.
