How to make sheeps' milk cheese -- this has to be the quickest, easiest and tastiest cheese possible. This film shows how we make a really good cheese -- but here are some important points to bear in mind... 1. Cheese should be made with WARM milk and STERILISED equipment. 2. You'll need some RENNET and a cheese CULTURE to make the first batch. 3. Rennet is bought from a wholefood shop or chemist; cheese cultures can be bought online but are free too -- just use a small piece of a cheese that you like. 4. Save some whey each time you make cheese. THIS WHEY WILL CONTAIN BOTH THE RENNET AND THE CULTURE. 5. The whey will keep a couple of weeks in the fridge, or much longer in the freezer. Of course you could use goats' or cows' milk too, and it would still be good -- but perhaps not quite as good.. : - ) Ok, here are some important website links. Please check them out..
