YouTube:    / @fablesayer   Meditation: I find these pieces are exceptional as a companion to a mediation practice. They are short enough that they can be experienced anytime you have a free moment. To meditate along with the video: Resolve full attention to the audio and visuals, focus on the breath, and relax... How the videos are made: This animation was made by recoding the screen while I draw using the symmetry feature on photoshop. After the screen recording, I take the video and remove all popup menus and unneeded elements in after effects. Once Ive cleaned up the video, I sync up the brush strokes and motions to the music to create a psychedelic animation.
