Just bought the road crew some time to address this problem properly with an excavator. Based on evidence and track marks this is an ongoing problem and they have had to do it before. Based on how the plants have leaves on their water this Beaver Dam went up within a few days but was always there but only about 2 ft tall as the evidence shows there was always a small pond.
