5★ Tempered Blangonga Vs. Elemental Hammer - 個体値MAX 歴戦ドドブランゴ ハンマー ソロ【MHWilds】

First run using an Artian Hammer. I was lucky to roll a good Fire Artian Hammer so I decided for a quick change to use it on a particularly Fire weak target, Blangonga. Blangonga takes a whopping 70 raw damage AND 30 Fire damage to its big baboon face, so testing this Hammer felt right, instead of the usual paralysis. I originally wanted to use Fire Attack 3 + Critical Element 1 in this run to abuse Spinning Bludgeon, but the move is difficult to aim on Blangonga and would hit its arms. So I decided to use Critical Boost 4 instead which gave very slightly more damage with other moves (talking like, 3-5 damage difference. That's how sad element is even with so much invested in compared to just one point of crit boost) I'm just gonna come out and say it... Hyper Blangonga was harder than this version of Blangonga. I like him a lot, I like his new moves, I like the pack roars and how the Blangos can be real nuisances... but... why is Blangonga such a glass... toygun? It's really easy to exploit Blangonga, it's especially weak to Focus Strikes as you'll see here. But it has too little HP and it deals too little damage. Blangonga should be a pure glass cannon in a manner reminiscent of Rajang. It should deal so, so much more damage and be much faster as well.
