Spring is on the way and I have my spring fever to do my floral spray cupcakes. These beauties are a dark chocolate jumbo cupcake with a mixed berry filling and buttercream I am making some up ahead to have ready for my Grandma's birthday next month, my parents head up before her birthday if schedule allows so im ready for it. These can freeze beautifully too if well wrapped, I do it frequently to get them done when I have time.
