Baked Chicken in Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce Recipe Ingredients: 4 large chicken breasts (cut in half lengthwise) 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves minced garlic 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp paprika salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp butter fresh parsley chopped Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400⁰F. Prep the chicken breast pieces by cutting in half lengthwise. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil. 2. Sear chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3mins per side until golden. Transfer to baking dish. 3. (I am recommending to drain the juices from the Chicken prior to making your sauce in the skillet.) In the same skillet, melt your butter. Add garlic and and simmer for a minute or two, until fragrant. Stir in Dijon mustard, chicken broth, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 2-3mins. 4. Lower heat on skillet and whisk in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until smooth. 5. Pour sauce over chicken in baking dish. Bake uncovered for 20-25mins, or until chicken is cooked through. Let cool slightly and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve. Sauted Asparagus Recipe Ingredients: 1 bundle of fresh asparagus drizzle olive oil 1 tbsp garlic salt 1tbsp lemon pepper 1tbsp lawry's or similar seasoning salt ½ lemon Instructions: 1. Add a drizzle of olive oil to medium saute pan, heat at medium setting till warm. Add asparagus. 2. Sprinkle all seasoning and the juice of ½ lemon on your asparagus. Saute on medium heat for several minutes, flipping occasionally, till asparagus is limp. Serve.
