This video aids when unable to connect WhatsApp on a new device/app or after reinstallation etc. Whentrying to load/connect/reconnect/refresh WhatsApp on device but receiving an error " Unable to connect. Please try again later" 😭 I have come to your rescue 🛟😀 1. The reason it happens. Well not all of them but here is mine. I am using WhatsApp GB, this app crashes all the time ( but still I dnt back down, I still benefit a lot from it). I was asked to verify my number. For starters my phone uses two sim cards, my secondary sim is a data only sim and assigned fulltime for data, my primary which I use for all calls, sms', WHATSAPP and sometimes data too( very expensive data, criminals). My WhatsApp is associated with the sim in the primary sim slot. The problem arose when the verification was sent, but never appeared on primary sim( verification via phone call also tried, it went through but the process failed to complete), because of the auto verification that WhatsApp normally does, that u need not punch in the verification code but automatically inserts the code for you and completes the verification, well mine couldn't because my data was switched to the secondary sim instead of the primary. WhatsApp was reading data from the secondary sim which is not my number that is registered on WhatsApp. Same as when one is connected via WiFi, your WhatsApp's registered sim's data is off and WhatsApp is reading data from the sim connected on the WiFi router. Another scenario : You are using a device which has a different number to the one registered on WhatsApp or Your device does not have a sim inserted. 2. Solution: For phones with two sim slots, switch mobile data to the sim that is registered on whatsapp. When connected on WiFi, switch off WiFi and switch on mobile data( provided the sim is your WhatsApp registered sim). or Insert your WhatsApp registered sim into the WiFi router to complete the process of verification. For those who are using a device without the WhatsApp registered sim inserted and maybe using a different number, insert the WhatsApp registered sim in the device to complete verification and then you can remove it again. or insert it in a WiFi router and connect to it to complete the verification process. Hope this works for y'all Enjoy 👊🏾
