Its claim to fame is TSUKEMEN (つけ麺) or ramen dipped in broth, similar to ZaruSoba. EBISUKO's noodles are thick, firm and bouncy. Its broths are rich in flavor, true to sticking with Toyama Black Ramen themes. The TSUKEMEN is a little sweeter and lighter with an acidic touch. The Black Ramen is a deep rich flavor. There's also a seafood base broth as well, and a spicy ramen option. Not only bold and strong flavors, but patrons seem to come for EBISUKO's large portions. Supersized is free!
