O confronto final começa. Em Dead Space, retornamos ao Chapter 6: Environmental Hazard para concluir a batalha contra a criatura que domina o setor de Hydroponics da USG Ishimura. Dentro do Food Storage, a criatura revela toda a sua forma grotesca — um organismo gigantesco que se alimenta, respira e se espalha pela própria estrutura da Ishimura. Depois de algumas tentativas para compreender seus ataques e padrões, finalmente conseguimos avançar pelo combate. Os tentáculos caem. A criatura enfraquece. E então, no momento final, o Leviathan se abre como uma flor monstruosa… antes de murchar e colapsar. Com sua morte, o sistema atmosférico começa a se estabilizar. Pela primeira vez em muito tempo, o ar da Ishimura volta a parecer normal. Mas a situação da nave está longe de terminar. Kendra entra em contato novamente e revela o próximo passo da missão: ativar um Beacon de emergência localizado em outro setor da nave. O destino agora é: The Mining Deck. In Dead Space, we return to Chapter 6: Environmental Hazard to finish the battle against the creature that controls the Hydroponics sector of the USG Ishimura. After the previous attempt ended in defeat, Isaac returns better prepared to face the monster responsible for poisoning the ship’s atmosphere. The Leviathan. Inside the Food Storage, the creature reveals its grotesque form — a massive organism spreading through the very structure of the Ishimura. After several attempts to understand its attack patterns, the battle finally turns in Isaac’s favor. Its tentacles fall. The creature weakens. And in the final moment, the Leviathan opens like a monstrous flower… before collapsing. With the creature dead, the atmosphere control systems begin stabilizing. For the first time in a long while, the air aboard the Ishimura feels normal again. But the nightmare is far from over. Kendra contacts Isaac with the next objective: activating a distress beacon located in another sector of the ship. The destination: The Mining Deck. A distant and largely unexplored area of the Ishimura. With Hammond still out of contact, Isaac must move forward alone. With the Leviathan defeated, Chapter 6: Environmental Hazard finally comes to an end. And a new chapter begins.
