Tracey Marsden was an experienced operating department practitioner in day theatres. Tracey was passionate about Poole Hospital and her work in theatres, and featured in this film aimed at recruiting operating department practitioners like her. A much loved and missed colleague, sadly Tracey passed away in March 2017. Her family has asked that this film remains available to view in order that others can see her enthusiasm and passion for Poole Hospital and her colleagues, and hope to inspire others to find out more about careers at the hospital.
