In this video I demonstrate making my own “Smoked Sausage, Hash-brown, and Egg Over Easy Bake” recipe using the Red Copper 5 Minute Chef. A few additions & corrections to the video: If you want an egg with a runny yolk center, try cooking for 2 mins (instead of 3 mins) when you first add the egg. Then when you flip the 5 Min Chef over, only sear the other side of the egg for a few seconds (10-15 seconds). Then open the 5 Min Chef immediately and move your breakfast bake over to your plate.
