It consists of an easy to service CC series progressive cavity pump and RotaCut RCX- wet macerator and combines four process steps in one compact, space-saving unit: 1) separation of heavy material upstream of the integrated pump unit; 2) mixing of solid and semisolid input materials with liquid into a homogeneous suspension; 3) chop down of coarse matter and fibrous matter – still upstream of the pump unit; 4) digester feeding with well-prepared suspension.
