Hello everyone, Today I show how to make Chili Sauce easily and quickly. Chili Sauce tastes sweetish chunky, chili powder, tomato flavor. This recipe is a secret way that to make chili become chili sauce faster. Ingredient: ..Vegetable, 500g . Bell Pepper, Tomatoes, Red Chilies, Long Hot Red Pepper, Onion and Garlic and Red Chili(optional). . Water, 250ml . Sugar, 2 tbsp . Vinegar, 1 tbsp . Salt, 1 tbsp . Corn Flour, 3 tbsp + Water, 1/2 cup Note: Vegetable 500g Need Water 250ml Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Drain the mixture and need only water. 2. Add the chili mixture into a large saucepan. 3. Add sugar, vinegar, salt and bring it to boil. 4. Reduce the heat and simmer gently for 10 to 15 minutes. 5. Add the cornstarch water to the mixture to thicken the sauce. 6. The sauce is done when the mixture is thickened. 7. let the sauce cool, cover and refrigerate between uses. Prep Time: 2 - 5 minutes. Cooking Time: 15 – 20 minutes. Total Time: 30 minutes.
