Sawadee khap you amazing farangutans and puan puan khun Thai. As you are probably aware I am a Manc. A proper Manc born in Harpurhey and living mostly in Moston with my early years in the working-class terraces of Newton Heath. In this vlog I went back along the route I used to walk to Hague Street Primary School. I then follow the route from there to where we used to live in Newton Heath, long since gone and lost to time. I then travel into Newton Heath, to Scutch Buttock, again five cottages long since gone, and then follow the Rochdale Canal to Failsworth Pole. Then back to Newton Heath where I turn back up Dean Lane and St Mary's Road into Moston and finish in Moston Cemetery or St. Joesphs Roman Catholic Churchyard. I did pop in The Bluebell on Moston Lane, but my camera ran out of power. Annoyingly, I seem to have lost some footage. Such as the shop lifter getting nabbed outside Farmfoods, Newton Heath and some footage was not useable due to an issue with the microphone. This is a persistent problem that I need to get fixed along with the flare I get on my wide-angle lens. Anyhow, there are more Manchester walks to come. I have a pub crawl in the city centre and another trip to Failsworth Pole when I get lost looking for Daisy Nook.
