CAMO BLOCK: A HEAVY DUTY DECK BLOCK FOUNDATION SUPPORT BASE A lightweight, heavy-duty alternative to concrete deck blocks 18X lighter than concrete deck blocks (1 CAMO BLOCK weighs 2.16lbs) and load-rated to support 1800lbs BLOCKS nest together for easy transport in any vehicle and simple unloading onto your jobsite Designed and precision-molded to fit standard lumber specifications without any chipping out of slots Can be installed on any surface, including uneven ground with a little leveling Accepts 4×4 posts, 6×6 posts, 2×4, 2×6, and 2×8 wood joists, and 2 in. metal joists Made in the USA Made from Polyolefin which will not chip or crack, even in cold weather Vented to prevent water build up, rot, and mold Made from recycled material and can be recycled at end of life I discussed the possible issue of water collecting in the 4x4 hollow that might not drain rapidly enough. Here's my final decision after my initial installs . . . I am actually considering adding holes because doing such moderately will not weaken structural integrity. In fact, a minor modification on these would only be needed for a vertical 4x4 post use and NOT needed for horizontal 2x6s 2x8s etc use. THANKS FOR WATCHING.
