Showing how the carriage lights work in analogue being pulled by the Queen Elizabeth a streamlined Coronation class locomotive. These coaches are heavier to pull than Hornby Pullman cars with lights. Being smaller than Pullman cars I do not understand it. UPDATE : Since I have made this video I have put 20 grams of weight in my Queen Elizabeth and it now pulls the carriages set piece. I then I tested King Edward VI and put the same amount of weight in as the QE, it now runs sweet. What does not make sense is the Duchess of Hamilton pulls the coaches without wheel slip without adding extra weight. All the same loco with near as damn it the same back to backs. I have connnected the Duchess of Gloucester and that pulls all the carriages without wheel slip with no extra weight added. The mind boggles.
