Fencer has some different ways of solving this mission. No flyers, so as long as you can maintain distance it's not very hard. Even so, the number of goldies is daunting, Gold Queens take forever to die, and the terrain is tricky, particularly for moving backward. It's also always troublesome that at some point ants are dropping almost all over the map at the same time. The weapons I used are a dual level 71 FGX High Altitude Missiles, the 68 Powered Reflector and 77 Dexter Automatic Shotgun ZG, the 72 Jump Booster 6 and 85 VZ Skeleton enhancements. No DLC weapons, remarkable that you can still do an end DLC 2 mission without them. I have no side thruster equipped weapons, so dash enhancement is irrelevant, however jump is useful as all weapons have it. Instead of VZ Skeleton, 81 Shield protection armor Type Y can be used to make the shield more useful when you need to deal with queens, as this can be tricky at the end because the shield won't last and your movement is limited. Arm Hound has a very short tracking range and it's trickier to use with goldies. I stress for the nth time, missiles are almost absolute crap without some traits very to fully upgraded. This was still troublesome to get to work, as some thought and study were needed for movement paths to avoid being overwhelmed by the end waves. Luck is still involved as you never know exactly when the next wave of NPC reinforcements will spawn. I did miss a squad of Ranger NPCs at 01:35, they were just slaughtered faster. Try to pick them all up. It's really important to pick all 3 squads of WDs from the second wave of reinforcements, but this can be tricky if a Queen, or both, is around them. They will survive for some time, help with distracting enemies and kill quite a few. Just massacred by Queens. However, a big problem is the FGX missiles hitting transports and getting wasted. You can minimize by looking down while launching them, as they follow a lower path but it doesn't always work. You can see at 03:40 how even thought I looked down, most missiles were wasted in a transport. At 03:52 I waited a few secs for transports to go by, so that I wouldn't waste the missiles again. This is always tricky and you can't always be paying attention to this, so don't just expect missiles to be miraculous, because they're not. An obvious option to this is to equip the side and jump boosters, YH7 Dispersal Mortar, Arm Hound and FGX so that you retain movement, and continuously do map border laps. Don't expect this to be very easy, goldies are unreliable and you can still be surrounded easily. Also last Queens drop near map border and it can be tricky if you're near them on your path. Terrain is always tricky too, getting stuck on a stupid place is mighty easy. Pretty dumb at 06:18 how Proteus is just looking for almost 30 seconds at a Gold Queen in its range, instead of shooting at her. No wonder they get trashed quickly. It was interesting to achieve tis anyway. The escape artist strikes again....😋😂 Have fun,
