All About Exam FOUR (4) ~ Humber Real Estate Program Here’s what everyone’s been waiting for. “Tell me about the exam Tory!” Lol for obvious reasons I won’t be telling you the exact questions on the exam, but I will help guide you guys with things to look out for. I’ll go over my experience and some others as well. One things that is common with all the exams are that each one costs $100 and needs a 75% min passing grade. If you don’t make it the first time you can re-take the exam for another $100. If you don’t pass this time the rules say you have to pay for the course again and then re-take the exam... but my advice would be to call Humber first and see if there’s any assistance they can give you.
