Drain and rinse the jackfruit. Shred it with your hands—get that pulled texture. 2. Soften one rice paper sheet in a bowl of water. 3. Lay it flat, add a scoop of shredded jackfruit, and roll it up tight like a rib. 4. Repeat with remaining jackfruit and rice paper. 5.
