Here it is, my (possibly) long awaited guide to the new abilities in the Awakening expansion for Dragon Age: Origins! As someone who has only finished Awakening 3 times and has a bunch of half-finished playthroughs of it, I wanted to take my time to properly research and understand all these abilities in depth before explaining them to players who are trying to learn how to play Awakening either for the first time, or coming to this guide if they’re struggling with it. Hopefully this is helpful to give you an idea of how the new abilities in Awakening can combine with the original abilities from Origins, as well as slot into existing builds or even create new potential builds.
