Plus, you'll enjoy a safe walk thanks to the crosswalks and traffic lights along the route. When you get to the station, you'll see its modern design featuring a glass atrium and steel beams. Inside, you can hop on GO Transit trains that run regularly to and from various places throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Fun fact: The West Harbour GO Station opened in 2015, and it's named after the adjacent West Harbour area, which was once an important industrial hub in the city.
