This is the 4th and final video in a series of repairing crash damage on a BMW G310R motorcycle. It's a step-by-step DIY explanation of how to fix exhaust scratches on a BMW G310R motorcycle. I dropped this motorcycle and scratched up the crash bars, bar ends, brake lever, and exhaust. The exhaust heat shield had deep scratches from the fall, and required exhaust scratch removal. I ended up using an electric grinder with a rust removal attachment to gently remove the scratches. I then used several types of sandpaper to smooth out the finish, and finally buffed out the surface of the exhaust to make it look perfect. After the repair, it’s nearly impossible to tell that the exhaust had any damage. This repair was done on a BMW G310R, but the same technique can be used on any other BMW motorrad model as well as other motorcycle brands like Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Suzuki, etc. Amazon affiliate buffing wheel kit: https://amzn.to/3XHSY6p Check out the bar end installation video: • BMW G310R Crash Repair (Part 1 of 4): How...
