Sony RX100 VII. 10/10/2024. This is the fifth of 5 videos. This was the third hurricane to hit the Tampa area in 2024 and we were very lucky to only have screen damage in our lanai from this storm. Others lost everything. Hurricane Debby hit Tampa in early August, followed the month after by the devastating Hurricane Helene, and two weeks later this storm Hurricane Milton which devastated neighborhoods. We lost power for about 2 days, and this was the highest water level our pond had gotten since we bought our house in 2016. Thank the Lord, we replaced our roof earlier in the year. Both houses across the street have had to replace their roofs because of Hurricane Milton. Sadly, the mother of my 3 daughters, Julie, unexpectedly, died back in England, on that very day (October 9th) too. This was my second major hurricane season, the first season being in 2004 in Orlando with Hurricanes Charley, Frances and Jeanne which all occurred within a 6-week period.
