I had a little trouble breathing during the night, and I obviously had a bump on my nose. So I also wanted to straighten that out as well. So I went online and I looked for some surgeons that I could find, and I found Dr. Mourad and saw a lot of great reviews, so I went with him. When I came in for my first consultation, Dr. Mourad checked me out, took some pictures and everything. Then he recommended that I get a rhinoplasty, septoplasty, and a turb reduction. Everyone was really welcoming, and Dr. Mourad was really nice as well. He told me everything that was going to happen, went through everything that I needed to know. So the day of the surgery, I was a little nervous. But once I got in, everybody was really nice and made me feel like everything's going to be fine. 10 days after the surgery, I came in for my first post-op and took out the disposable mesh. And once he took that out, I could breathe perfectly fine. And I felt really nice. He also told me to put the ointment on. He made sure that I put it on every half hour, so when I need, because he wanted to make sure the scarring wasn't noticeable. I'd scheduled this surgery in between my school and my graduation. Thank God for a good healing process, I was able to go to my graduation and everything was fine for that. Everything looked normal. After the surgery, it felt really good going out afterwards because I was a little insecure about the bump on my nose. Once I saw how straight it was, it felt really nice to just not have that insecurity anymore. ***
