With Sheer Blessings and Doer-ship of Bhagwan Swaminarayan, 'Sahajanand Gaave' experiences immense joy and delight in presenting a beautiful Raag Bihag Bandish written by Sadguru Premanand Swami on this auspicious occasion of Mohini Ekadashi. On this day, Lord Vishnu incarnated as 'Mohini' to beguile the demons in the beauty of His charming form to return the Amrit extracted from 'Samudra-Manthan' back to the Devas from them. This bandish has been beautifully composed and sung by Smt. Yashaswi Sirpotdar with absolute grandeur and refinement. We sincerely hope that this bandish will further glorify the divinity and purity of the Paramhansas of Bhagwan Swaminarayan and elucidate the absolutely incredible, graceful and proficient writing of Sadguru Premanand Swami. 'Kal na Parat...' is one such bandish of Sadguru Premanand Swami, written while longing for his beloved Bhagwan Swaminarayan. This bandish is a 'Virah Bandish' i.e. one that expresses intense yearning for one's beloved due to his physical separation. This bandish clearly sets the mood of Virah, however, there is an absolute underlying feel of utmost fulfilment even within Virah. This bandish marks that when one is truly connected to 'God', every instance of life whether it is physical meeting or separation becomes just a medium to remember One's Beloved but He is never actually away from the Divine even for a fraction of a second. We hope that this bandish will serve as an inspiration to enhance our Love and attachment to the 'Divine' similar to Sadguru Premanand Swami.
