A relaxing dashcam 360 VR sightseeing video showing a 3+ hour road trip in Northern California on a sunny summer day: following Shasta and Trinity river on California Highway 299. Driving from Redding along Whiskeytown Lake to Weaverville to the top of the coastal range mountains and from there all the way down to the Pacific coast to Eureka. Our route starts in Redding next to the Starbucks at the Safeway Mall. Turning right onto Hilltop Dr, we drive through the Redding hotel and restaurant area. From there we use Highway 44 to cross the Sacramento River and thru downtown Redding (last chance for another Starbucks for the next several hours). Following the street signs to Highway 299 Eureka Way, sets us en route to our destination at the Northern California coast. It's a relaxing drive on a gorgeous summer day morning with plenty of sunshine, no clouds and no wildfire smoke in the fresh California air. But the land is badly scorched from frequent wildfires over the last decade. Tips: If you don't use a VR headset, simply use your mouse cursor or finger tap to move your point of view on your screen, this way you can look backwards, sideways, and up and down. When using the youtube app spin around while holding your device to also look in all direction. Pinch and Spread zooms in and out.
