A fun time lapse drive from Anaconda to Philipsburg Montana - there and back - with some snow on the ground in March. On the return trip you'll see a frozen Georgetown Lake and Silver Lake off of Montana State Highway 1. Total distance is a little over 30 miles each way (61 miles in total) and a travel time of a little over 80 minutes compressed into a 7 minute time lapse. There is a break on the trip to Philipsburg where we stopped at the Discovery Ski Area for an afternoon ski break. You may notice the shadows change at this point.
