The BEST of Moira Farm and Construction diorama show 2024. ( if your display is not featured it was probably due to being surrounded by spectators as I was passing ) Welcome back to the channel, this weeks video was recorded at the annual Miora Farm and construction diorama show held at the Jim Baker stadium, Templepatrick. Each year this show only grows bigger and bigger with thousands of people, young and old, travelling from far and wide to see the many displays and retail stands over 2 days. 6 pounds entry for adults and 4 for those under 13 was exceptional value given the quality and volume of builds on display throughout the hall. The show was also attended by a couple of well known stars of the farming social media world, Gareth Gault of Grassmen fame along with John McClean of FarmFlix, casually taking in all that was on offer. Displays this year were second to none, regular participants brought along their ever evolving scenes with many new faces proudly displaying their hard work and ingenuity along with those displaying vast collections. Farm displays of a time gone by along with ultra modern yards filled the venue and having spoken to a friend the following day we both agreed that the show itself is on the verge of outgrowing the venue which is testament to the events success and its organisers. Many machinery brands were represented in the various scales, Cyril Treacy brought along a fraction of his Massey Ferguson collection which used up one of the larger spaces on the day. First Claas models, owned by Alistair Garret, showed us the history of Claas combines to coincide with the manufacturers 500,000th harvester produced. Usual suspects from there included John Deere, New Holland and Fendt to name but a few. Incredible show, for those who weren't able to attend I hope this video gives an insight as to its quality and those who were, a reminder of just how good it was.
