Hack: Pokemon, Mewtwo Strikes Back Version: 0.43 Hack of: Super Mario All-Stars Author: Lost Soul Date: 2003 Status: Unfinished Part 1: Escape from the fortress Despite the thumbnail looking like a traditional Pokemon game, this game is not a traditional pokemon game, but the hack doesn't have Mewtwo anywhere (Spoiler) so double lie While I was in a randomizer a friend told me about a hack with a pokemon protag, I searched for it and found this one, which was not it but it looked interesting enough to do a few videos on it. This is a hack starring "Ash" the protag of the anime (I don't know if he was in any game), in a quest for... something idk, the game has no story and the levels don't say much, so you are just running around until the hack just stops being Original, by this I mean, this hack is unfinished and at some point the levels are just the original vanilla levels, i don't know if this was ever finished, but seeing as this is a 22 year old hack with next to no updates or sites saying much about it, it safe to assume this was just abandoned. You have 8 worlds with some unfinished ones, you'll see eventually. First two worlds feel almost identical, both being green and grassy, and as I said, levels are short, very short, I had a few mistakes because I needed to get used again to the SMB3 physics as they are very different from SMW ones, but yeah, first two worlds done
