The Art of Making Buddhas Statue: Causes and Condition 萬佛計畫: 因緣篇

The video is an introduction to the 10,000 Buddhas Project, part of the Avatamsaka Monastery expansion plan. Besides the causes and conditions of the Project, the process of making the statues is also covered in this video. The Avatamsaka Monastery is a branch of the Dharma Realm Buddhist Association located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The Ten Thousand Buddha Project is inspired by the statues in the City of Ten Thousand Buddha, which were made in the 1970s by our founder Venerable Master Hsuan Hua. The founder, the Venerable Master Hsuan Hua worked tirelessly to overcome adversity.
