WRITTEN ON SCREEN: 0:24 - I literally woke up the next morning with my period… 22:55 - At this time I was posting my guide dog training videos that had been pre-filmed so I thankfully didn’t have to film content for awhile and could just focus on my health. 23:22 - I had also been unable to workout since June, so I went from having a great workout routine of 4-6 days a week to being fully unable to workout and am just now finally starting to have enough strength to begin to workout a bit again.
