Color left behind

In this real-time video I’m working with leftover book paper to create painted color strips. I used a ECD die as a template, building the strips step by step with Intense watercolor pencils. The colors are layered, activated and adjusted directly on the paper, allowing the original text and texture to remain visible. For stamping, I combined designs from Elizabeth Craft Designs and Tim Holtz, keeping everything loose and experimental. These color strips are perfect to use later as background elements in journals, collage work or mixed media pages.
