(6 Mar 2020) A funeral procession was held on Friday for the victims of a building collapse in Karachi. The multi-storey building collapsed on Thursday, killing 15 people, including women and children, Senior Police Superintendent Police Arif Rao said. Police said the owner of the building in the densely populated Golimar neighbourhood was having a fifth floor added at the time. The building also fell on two nearby homes, causing casualties, police said. Farooq Sattar, the local leader of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) was quick to apportion blame.
