The Quad Op amp used can be a TL074 or equivalent. U will also need a 1megohm Potentiometer to test initially. Correction for a material of the capacitor at 4.50 , the yellow cap is Polyester metal film not polystyrene , thou polystyrene are good as they have a very good tolerance to temperature change, thou not brilliant for the waveshaping of the triangle wave, which I will go over in a future video.
