PLEASE DON'T ASK IF I HAVE ANYTHING SPECIFIC. I'm going through dozens of VHS tapes I've had digitized. They're mostly stuff recorded from Canadian TV between the 90's & mid 2000's. I'm uploading ad breaks & any potential lost media. 0:00 YTV Bumper. A frumpy, 50's looking teacher bites into an apple & sucks out a worm or a Twizzler. YTV fly logo 0:06 Shadow Raiders toys. Uses footage from the TV show 0:36 Animorphs toys. Footage from the show is used. The Transformers logo & jingle is used at the end 1:06 "What Does Snap Use To Save Ash And Pikachu?" scrolls across the screen in the YTV font, spoiling the end of the episode 1:15 YTV Fly logo appears on screen for a few seconds 1:21 YTV Bumper. Another Hair salon one, but this time a man with a blonde beehive, mustache & monocle. YTV Tentacle logo Rapping Captain Crunch (OMITTED) 1:27 Walt Disney's Mighty Joe Young now on video 1:42 Polly Pocket. "WANNA BE LIKE POLLY" jingle. Still the compact playsets, but Polly has a more modern (for the time) design. The playsets are a cellphone & CD player that make noise. A camera playset & something else are shown 2:12 Smarties. How Smart Are You? Claymation apes show you something close up & you have to guess 2:42 Jep! & Wheel 2000. Kids versions of Jeopardy & Wheel of Fortune. A YTV styled animated... Croc(?) is shown. Back to Back Sundays at 12:30pm. YTV Green brain on motorcycle logo Purple cow with udder bagpipes (OMITTED) 3:13 Alpha Bits Cereal. Animated computer with a weird robot voice plays with two kids. Looks like a mix of 2D & 3D animation. Cuts to live-action footage of two kids playing pool in a house & break a window. Contest to win a pool table & other "ultimate rec-room" stuff Gameboy Color (OMITTED) 3:43 Credits fade back to The Zone. Paul promotes the contest again & upcoming games, especially Pokemon Snap on N64. Mewtwo Strikes Back is mentioned coming in the summer. Phil says people say he "looks like Pokemon" & he strikes a pose (I have no idea what he's doing) 7:01 YTV Drive-in Coming up Bumper. Brand new episode of Pokemon followed by Animaniacs at 4:30pm. YTV skateboard logo Pokemon-athon brought to you by Gameboy Color (OMITTED) 7:12 YTV Bumper. Two animated characters play tennis & scream. Tentacle YTV logo Koosh Bubbles (OMITTED) 7:18 Twisted Tales of Felix The Cat. Felix dreams himself into a live action, black & white 50's surf movie. The narrator sounds like Mickey Mouse. Saturdays at 4pm. Tentacle YTV logo 7:48 YTV skateboard logo pops up in the corner 7:56 Planet Snak Contest planet rolls across the screen YTV Barking Kites Bumper & K'nex Breakaways (OMITTED) 8:15 Disney's Mighty Joe Young on video (different ad) Cheesestrings, Power Rangers Lost Galaxy toys, Frosted Flakes (OMITTED) 8:29 "What Is Ashs Test Number?" scrolls across the screen in the YTV font 8:36 YTV Toilet Fishing Bumper, but we don't see a close up of the kid and see a man's head come out of the toilet. YTV Shell wheel logo 8:42 @Home High Speed Internet. Before @home, a kid sleeps in his chair in his room in black & white. After @home things get XTREME. Let's all have a laugh at late 90's internet. Check out YTV.com for more details Gameboy Color (OMITTED) 9:12 Credits fade back to The Zone. Paul suggests that we watch the entire credits (probably because none of them have been shown so far). There's a humorous exchange with an off-screen guy (director?) named Egghead as they rewind the credits & play them (I cut them out). They come back & Phil sings "POKEMON" in a high note. Paul recaps the contest & how to enter. They wrap things up. A green title card with "Animaniacs" in the YTV font pops up
